1. Please check if your firmware is the newest version.

2. BIDE model : Please make sure the newest IDE Bus Master drive
　 program has been installed and check the DMA setting of CDRW.
　
　 SCSI model : please confirm that your SCSI card drive is original
　 and the newest version.
　　

3. IDE model : Suggest to use same flat cable for CD-ROM & HDD
　 and use a single flat cable for CDRW Drive, in order to get the
　 maximum buffer memory. Note that the ID quality (for Master/
　 Slave) are not conflict.

　 SCSI model : please confirm that there is no confliction in SCSI ID
　 value. We suggest you set ID between 3 ~ 6.
　　

4. Please make sure the reading speed of the CD-ROM drive is higher
　 than theCDRW while using CD Copy (especially for music CD or VCD).
　 If read speed of the source CD-ROM drive is lower than write speed,
　 it may cause Buffer Under Run easily. However, JustLink function can
　 prevent this situation.

5. You can transfer the contents of master CD to image files on your HD
　 if the CDRW readingspeed lower then the writing speed. Then you
　 can burn the contents from HD to CDs or lower the burning speed
　 thereby to complete burnings. If the video files can be transfered
　 from HD to CDs, it means your CDRW can function well.

6. You may transfer the contents of master CD to image file to your HD
　 and burn the contents from hard disc to CDs if delays or mosaic appear
　 during playback. General speaking, the reading error will be occurred
　 if your reading device has some problems.

7. Use better quality CD-R or CD-RW media to burn.

8. If you still can't burn or keep failing, please send you drive back to repair.

If these situations happen, please have the drive repaired immediately :
1. The drive can't read CD-R、CD-RW or original data CD, and the LED light is shining.
2. Firmware Upgrading fail and the computer can't find the right model and firmware version.
3. There is no power response.
