02 RMA service

¡° RMA Service :

1. MET provides a one(1)-year warranty service without charge for
¡@ any Product from the purchase date as well as a twenty-four(24)-
¡@ month repair and replacement service for any Product from the
¡@ cessation of such Product's production; provided that, if a
¡@ Product is not reparable at MET's discretion during MET's
¡@ warranted service period, MET will be responsible to replace it
¡@ with an equivalent one or provide an upgrade solution for the
¡@ defective Product.

2. MET will, for any Product returned to MET Customer Service within
¡@ thirty (30) days from the purchase date, provide the inspection
¡@ and testing service to see if there is any defect in the Product. If
¡@ the Product has no defect, MET will not replace it with a new one.
¡@ After thirty (30) days from the purchase date, you will have to
¡@ apply for repair and replacement service for a defective Product.

3. RMA Service will complete within two (2) to three (3) working days
¡@ upon receipt of a defective Product by MET Customer Service,
¡@ excluding any holidays or transportation time.

4. MET Customer Service will only provide repair and replacement service
¡@ with respect to the defects in your Product. Unless otherwise required
¡@ for MET¡¦s inspection or testing service, please do not return any acces-
¡@ sories to MET Customer Service.

5. The Product warranty provided by MET applies only to the Products
¡@ and does not cover any accessories. If a defective accessory is neither
¡@ defective by accident, abuse, misuse or unsuitable operating environ-
¡@ ment nor modified or repaired without MET¡¦s written permission within
¡@ thirty (30) days from the purchase date, such defective accessory may
¡@ be returned to MET Customer Service for replacement service of a new
¡@ one without charge. If a defective accessory is returned to MET after
¡@ thirty (30) days from the purchase date, MET will charge the repair
¡@ and replacement service, and if such defective accessory is not
¡@ reparable at the time of receipt by MET, you may have to acquire a new
¡@ accessory at your cost.
