ˇ° MET Service Policy

1. Important description of our warranty :ˇ@
ˇ@ To obtain warranty service for your MET hardware product
ˇ@ (ˇ§Productˇ¨), you may need to have your Product warranty card
ˇ@ filled in with the purchase information (i.e. the place and date of
ˇ@ purchase etc.) and stamped by your MET authorized distributor.
ˇ@ If the warranty card with respect to the Product is not filled in with
ˇ@ accurate purchase information by your MET authorized distributor,
ˇ@ or if you do not register the Product online with MET, the warranty
ˇ@ service pertaining to the Product would be deemed as void.

2. Online Product Registration :
ˇ@ Register the Product online with MET right now, and you will be
ˇ@ entitled to extended warranty period for up to 60 days. The earlier
ˇ@ the Product is registered, the longer extended warranty period
ˇ@ you will be entitled to. If you find the preset warranty period of
ˇ@ the Product is less than one (1) year from the purchase date
ˇ@ when processing Online Product Registration, you may : (i) keep
ˇ@ and maintain your purchase receipt and the warranty card in good
ˇ@ condition and return both of them with the Product to MET Cus-
ˇ@ tomer Service when the Product does not function as warranted,
ˇ@ or (ii) immediately facsimile your purchase receipt and the warranty
ˇ@ card to MET Customer Service. MET Customer Service will, upon
ˇ@ confirmation, extend your warranty period to one (1) full year
ˇ@ from the purchase date.

3. Technical Support :
ˇ@ When you have problems using the Product or have any technical
ˇ@ questions, METˇ¦s online FAQ system on the website can help you
ˇ@ out immediately. If you do not find the answers you need, you may
ˇ@ send your problems or questions to MET Customer Service via the
ˇ@ FAQ system. MET Customer Service will monitor the FAQ system at
ˇ@ all hours to solve your problems or questions immediately.

4. Downloads Service :
ˇ@ Have compatibility problems? The latest driver, firmware and software
ˇ@ updates are readily accessible on METˇ¦s website.

5. RMA Service :
ˇ@ If the Product fails to function as warranted (ˇ§defective Productˇ¨),
ˇ@ you may return the defective Product to the original distributor or
ˇ@ directly contact MET Customer Service Center.
