5. How long does it takes for my membership be effective ?
　 As soon as you sign up successfully, your membership is effective.

6. How do I cancel my membership ?
　 If you don't want to use our services anymoew, you just stop using. There is no need to
　 cancel.

7. What if I forget my passowrd ?
　 When you sign in, please check「I forget my password」 box, the system will then mail

8. How do I change my personal information ?
　 If you want to change your personal information, please go to 「Member」→「Personal

1. Why is the page blank after I sign in ?
　 This might be caused by your browser setting. You can try updating your browser (at least
　 IE 5.0). IE 6.X user please ：In your IE browser, open Tools → Internet setting → Private
　 → adjust to【Low】, reset your browser

　 If you still can't sign in after thoses steps, please ask the webmaster if there is a firewall
　 and Port:100 is closed. If so, please close the firewall or open Port:100.
