1. Nero can't be start and error massage occurs.
　 Some of Nero 4.0 include WNASPI32.DLL file to make sure Nero can
　 be started normaly. Please download the WNASPI32.DLL file and
　 copy it to the Nero folder in the system.

2. Which Nero version supports Windows 2000 ?
　 The first Nero version which supports Windows 2000 is Nero 4.0.8.3.
　 If you have anold version, please sownload the new Nero Demo
　 version. Nero 5.0 can be used in Windows 2000.

3. How do I upgrade my Nero? ( before Nero 4.0.8.3 )?
　 Nero version before v.4.0.8.3 is unable to install in Windows 2000.
　 The drive which doesn't support the version will cause the PC can't
　 be turn on in Windows 2000.

　 a. Please download Nero Demo 4.0.9.1
　 b. Please install.
　 c. Please download the WNASPI32.DLL file and and follow the
　　 instruction above.
　 d. After finished, start Nero and enter the serial number.

4. Is there a problem for Nero, if I upgrade my PC from Windows NT to
　 Windows 2000 ?
　 Yes, there is. The drive program of Nero for Windows NT can't be used
　 in Windows 2000. Please reinstall Nero after upgrading.

5. Can InCD be used in Windows 2000 ?
　 Yes, InCD 2.x can be used in Windows 2000, but not the version before
　 InCD 2.x. 　

6. Why is my CD-Rom locked and unable to be used once I start burning ?
