WinISO 是 ISO 影像檔案的轉換 / 擷取工具，其主要的功能為：
1.解開映像檔(Image file)：任何光碟映像檔皆可由此軟體解開。
2.轉換映像檔(Image file)：將附檔名.ISO、.BIN、.CIF、 .IMG、.NRG、.FCD、.VCD的映像檔轉換成標準的ISO9660影像檔格式。
